The Karur Home Weave Textiles,  ( previously The Karur Bleaching and Dyeing Factory founded in 1960 by Mr. A.Arunagiri Mudaliar ),  now  undertaken  by     Mr. A.A.R.Vasantharaja – Managing Director. He studied Textile Technology and worked in reputed corporations such as INTERTEK, TUV, BUREAU VERITAS and LEVI’S. Our collections span across various home accessories such as aprons, bed linens, blankets, chair pads, curtains, cushions, dish towels, double oven gloves, oven gloves, pot holders, kitchen towels, napkins, placemats, quilts, quilt covers, scatter cushions, seat cushions, seat pads, table clothes, table linens, table runners, tea towels, terry towels, throws and wall banners. With sharp and unwavering focus on natural materials rich in texture and character, our home weaved, hand-loomed and hand-crafted products include storage hanging bags, laundry bags, placemats, table runners, yoga mats, beach mats, kitchen coasters made with Cyperus rotundus (Korai river grass) and Typha latifolia (Sambhu river grass), Banana ropes, Bamboo sticks and Coconut leaf sticks. We seek out individual pieces with uniqueness to curate collections that contribute to creating warm and grounded interiors. 

From our base in Karur, we work with artisans around the globe to fine tune the collections for different seasons and fusing our minimalist design approach with global skills and traditions, telling stories of craftsmanship and creativity.

By keeping our eye firmly on the quality, integrity and design of our products, we believe we can make eco-conscious products accessible to everyone. There are many things that we do to make our products better for the environment and not costing the earth - ZDHC approved chemicals, no chlorine bleaches, naturally coloured cottons that does not need dyes and Biodegradable packaging.
